[ Rainer wouldn't say that she had stayed up waiting for the boys to come home from their dinner. She and Morgan had entertained themselves gossiping and daydreaming, but knowing Fitz as well as Rainer does, she only half believed any of the romantic scenarios the girls' minds had dreamed up would actually come to be.
Morgan fell asleep earlier on, so Rainer heads back to her own hotel room, but she is still awake to hear some footsteps and familiar voices come down the hall. She can't make out what they're saying, exactly, but the tone sounds... Light. Relaxed. Maybe the sort of tone one might have if they got a certain confession off their chest? Does she dare to hope???
She gives it an appropriate amount of time before sending Fitzroy a text, waiting to make sure he's alone and that she's not so quick as to appear overly eager. ]

He's ignoring his 'gear for a moment while he gets changed into something more appropriate to sleep in and says a proper welcome to Snippers 2.0 and gets him tucked in for the night before addressing the message he knows is there.

Quite a lovely thing for a "date" if you call it that between friends. It was rather nice to just get out and walk a bit as two dudes, it's been quite some time since I've been able to do that.
I'm sure it has been! Well, if you and Leonardo want some more alone time, all you need to do is ask. I'm sure Morgan and me can find someplace else to be so you two can get your guy on.
